Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or check. To make payment via bank transfer please request our banking information. Goods paid for by check will not be released until funds have cleared. Card Payments will appear as 33 Trading Ltd. All Prices and charges on this site are in U.K. pounds and include any V.A.T All Prices and charges on this site are in U.K. pounds and include any V.A.T payable at the prevailing rate.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.
Description of goods
The description of goods are specified on the product page, it is your responsibility to make sure that the goods specified are as you intend to order. Products made from natural materials will have differing grains or colour. No two items made from a natural material will be the same and naturally have imperfections. The goods we sell are for consumers for general domestic use only and must be used for the intended purpose. All products carry a first year manufacturer's guarantee, however, this does not cover accidental damage or misuse of the item. If the product is taken outside of the UK it will invalidate the warranty.
We try to be very competitive with our prices but should a product be listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price. (Errors and Omissions Accepted).
Delivery access
Product measurements are described within the product page and you must satisfy yourself that the goods will fit into the delivery address.If a product cannot be delivered due to non access and was sent with free delivery, you will be charged the delivery cost.
Delivery and refunds
We aim to deliver all items as quickly as possible, we do not offer different payment methods or service relating to delivery as it is our aim to always deliver as quickly as possible and next day whenever available.
In Stock – We aim to deliver goods in stock within 10 business days. Once your order has been placed you will be contacted within 48 hours to arrange your delivery.
Non Stock Items – These goods are not held in stock and are ordered/or manufactured specifically for the buyer. Delivery will take between 2-12 weeks. If you are interested in a product that is currently not in stock please enquire by email for a realistic delivery time. Delivery dates for non-stock items cannot be arranged until goods are received at our warehouse. Once you have placed your order you can cancel the order anytime before delivery by emailing [email protected] Please note you cannot cancel a Non Stock Item Order. This product has been ordered/manufactured specifically for you and cannot be cancelled once purchased.
If an item arrives and has been damaged in transit please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery. Any claim regarding damaged or defective goods then must be made in writing strictly within 48 hrs of delivery, supported with digital photographs. We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your goods, you must put this request in writing within 7 days of reciept of goods. It is your responsibility to return the goods back to us in a re-saleable condition. The goods must be complete and packaged in original packaging. Please include your customer order details with the return, we strongly advise sending the goods with a recorded service. The cost of returning the product is at your expense, we do not offer a free returns service. If your goods have arrived faulty, defective, not fit for purpose you must notify us within the 7 day period in writing as above, we will then check the goods upon receipt and if in agreement a replacement or refund will be issued. When a return has been processed your refund will be issued within 28 days. If a product is being replaced it will be replaced within 10 working days of processing your return.
Product warranty
Products are covered by a 1 year manufacturers warranty. If you have a fault that falls within a year of purchase please put your warranty request in writing via email [email protected] or the same postal address for returns and mark Attn: Warranty. Please make sure to include full details of the fault, your proof of purchase and if possible include images.
These Terms and Conditions apply to online transactions only and do not apply to any purchase made in our Retail Store.
