Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your goods, you must put this request in writing within 7 days of reciept of goods. If an item arrives and has been damaged in transit please sign for the item as damaged or refuse delivery.

It is your responsibility to return the goods back to us in a re-saleable condition. The goods must be complete and packaged in original packaging. Please include your customer order details with the return, we strongly advise sending the goods with a recorded service. The cost of returning the product is at your expense, we do not offer a free returns service. If your goods have arrived faulty, defective, not fit for purpose you must notify us within the 7 day period in writing as above, we will then check the goods upon receipt and if in agreement a replacement or refund will be issued. When a return has been processed your refund will be issued within 28 days. If a product is being replaced it will be replaced within 10 working days of processing your return.
